In Academic institution the need of human resource development has increased manifold in order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the employees. At Vedang Institute of Technology the HR department keeps round the clock vigil on the welfare and performance of each and every employee. New HR polishes are planed and implemented from time to time which encourages all employees to achieve their personal goals.
The HRD cell supports the human resource needs of the institution as and when required & also works continuously for the overall growth & development of the institution’s most valuable resource “Its People”. In addition to that the HRD cell also works in a very organized fashion to attract & retain quality faculty & staff.
T and P Cell
At Vedang Institute of Technology, Training and Placement has a different meaning to us, where we reset, understand and fulfill the carrier needs of each and every student of ours. The placement cells identifies the industry needs and demands from time to time and prepare its Graduating Engineering students who are on the threshold of exciting carrier in the field of technology.
Training and placement office of the institute facilitates the campus recruitment program for all the disciplines. The placement office initiate and nurtures contact with leading industries, multinationals and software organizations for campus visit and is functional throughout the year. It Endeavors to match aspirants of the student with the needs of industries. It also assists the students for Summer /Winter industrial training and visit. In order to bridge the gap between individual student’s competency level and industries standard, the T & P cell organizes several programs as given below so as to groom the students to become more confident and perfect individuals.

R and D Cell
Standard of an institution is compared and judged at National/International level by its contribution to research and development activities. Keeping this in view, Vedang Institute Of Technology has already set up a separate research wing with adequate infrastructure support ,well equipped research laboratory ,24 hour internet service, a resourceful library with top ranking international and national journals. The R & D cell also planning to extend consulting activities to various core industries as well as software sectors and hence in this regard a well trained and dedicated team have been allocated to the R & D. It also provides high end training to the employees of different industries and other technical institutions on recent engineering and technological tools. Various projects from government,private organizations have been under taken by the R & D wing of Vedang.
Sports and Culture Cell
A sports cell spearheads sporting activity (Outdoor games And Indoor games) under the supervision of a well trained sports officer .The sports and Cultural cell of Vedang encourages students to participate both in intra and inter- college cultural and sports activities besides their own annual sports meet in the campus. Well development playground for Football, Volleyball, Cricket, Badminton, Basketball, Table Tennis and Ultra Modern Multi Gym and a Yoga center adds many feathers to the cap of the institute. Under the tutelage of the dedicated staff of the sports and culture cell and with their constant support and encouragement , our students bagged several laurels in the university, District level competitions. The cell also organizes the annual sports meet and annual cultural festival every year with the help of student coordinators.
